Description:
The RETS Standard documentation does not provide information describing
the appropriate information that should be returned when conducting a
"History" Search as defined in Section 7. Specifically the Standard is
silent to the XML structure that should be returned. The Standard provides
no guidance as to what constitutes History -- either by listing number,
property address or tax ID number. Nor, does it indicate what type of
historical
information one may expect when conducting a "History" Search.
